"A little feedback…during the first class two weeks ago, you made a brief mention of strong calls to action and getting people to act now. You mentioned one of your favorites…free shipping. I decided that my call to action was about as limp as could be (We’re all busy and if you don’t order now you’ll probably forget about us!), so decided to add a free shipping special the expired for a few days. (I ran this over the holiday weekend, which has historically been very slow for us). The results were great. Above average orders on a weekend that traditionally ran at 50% our normal sales. So, I ran it again this last weekend, Free Shipping until July 12th. Orders were about average for the weekend, but yesterday we had TWICE our normal sales. It seems that some of those that were on the fence made sure to come back by July 12th to get that free shipping!
